Hi, I may be using the software since last 20 years.
This guy needs to understand that we in the USA constantly upgrade our hardware, In 20 years I had lots of computer from DOS to Win ME, Win 95, etc. So I have a problem with my past record.

He cannot find my latest computer, when I gave the developer my system ID, then he found it right away, then he blamed me that I never registered that computer. Now please let him know how I got my system ID without registered it?
