To show Nakshatras in navamsa chart on Parashara's Light for Windows, you need to go to the "Advanced Options" and check the box next to "Show Nakshatras". If the box is grayed out and unclickable, it means that this feature is not available for the selected chart type. Try switching to a different chart type where the option is available.
According to the Parashara's Light website, Parashara's Light 7 should be able to read files from earlier versions. You can try opening the old file directly in the new version or use the "Import Legacy Chart Files" option under the "File" menu. You can't download the application because its license is commercial which means you won't have the possibility to download it unless you pay for the applications. Here is the basic info for licenses:
demo: try the product with limited functions.
commercial: buy the product, install the full version.
shareware: more of a demo but allows you to unlock it to full version by entering a key.
trial: full version with limited time;
Also, the official website is not working as well, which means it's impossible to obtain additional details.
I lost my Parashara Light CD to download into my computer but I have the key that came with CD.

It's impossible to download the application because even the demo costs money. You will have to get in touch with the developer to solve this issue because it's the only way. The software appears to be on Commercial license, which means download is possible only if you have purchased it.
